Hello, Three and a half years ago I fell in love with a truly unique and beautiful woman with spastic Cerebral Palsy. She has severe physical impairments, and it's been a long hard struggle to get her decent services and transportation here in the states. Before I met her she was terribly isolated and lonely, not to mentioned frightened and angry, from the years of mistreatment and mis-diagnosis (She was told when she was younger that she had mild mental retardation. This affected her self-image terribly. It turns out that her very potent anti-seizure meds caused her memory to be very poor. Also she has visual difficulties that make it difficult to read.
